Anti-corruption
C.I.EL. is aware of the negative effects of corruption on economic and social development and has always been committed to preventing and combating any form of corruption when carrying out its business activities, by spreading a corporate mentality based on integrity, transparency, honesty and compliance with national and international laws, regulations and standards and the guidelines applicable to its own business.
As a sign of its commitment, C.I.EL. has formally accepted the Anti-Corruption Guidelines of Autostrade per l’Italia Group, which incorporates in an organic framework the rules for preventing and combating corruption in force for the Company and Group. The Anti-Corruption Guidelines of Autostrade per l’Italia Group, also contain the Company’s Anti-Corruption Policy and anti-corruption commitments, in accordance with the ISO 37001 standard.
